Job description

Company Job Description/Day to Day Duties

High volume inbound calls from Members, Providers, Facilities, Health Plan Reps, and other Employer Reps for the Behavioral Health Department. They will need to field phone calls in regards to eligibility/benefits, provider status, out-patient certification and certification extensions, screening and transferring calls to the appropriate departments, reviewing grievances and appeals, and reviewing claim status.

Minimum Education/Qualifications/Licensures

High School Diploma/GED

High volume call center experience in a healthcare environment

CSR experience

Attendance and punctuality a must

Location: 2101 W John Carpenter Fwy Irving, Texas 75063

Employment Type: 6 months contract
