Job description
We are seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to support the delivery of BIM-enabled building projects in a site supervision environment. The role focuses on model federation, clash detection, issue tracking, and BIM QA/QC to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and client requirements.
You will collaborate closely with BIM Leads, BIM Managers, and multidisciplinary project teams to resolve clashes, manage BIM data, and maintain project information on the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform. The role also involves preparing reports, dashboards, and milestone submissions to track BIM progress and support successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
Oversee and manage project models on the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform.
Prepare and maintain federated models for multidisciplinary coordination.
Develop clash matrices and perform clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
Review, classify, and approve clashes in accordance with project criteria.
Generate clash viewpoints and manage issues using ACC Issue Management.
Prepare detailed clash analysis reports and integrate BIM data into Power BI dashboards.
Implement BIM QA/QC procedures to ensure compliance with LOD/LOI, EIR, and AIR requirements.
Conduct model validation using Revit Model Checker and prepare model health reports.
Assist with the preparation, review, and submission of BIM milestone deliverables on ACC.
Maintain and update the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) register.
Ensure correct use of Revit parameters, shared coordinates, and COBie data extraction.
Participate in BIM coordination and site meetings.
Collaborate with design, supervision, and contractor teams to resolve clashes, model errors, and data inconsistencies.
Support the development of BIM templates, QA checklists, and Revit family libraries as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is highly desirable.
Minimum 10 years of proven BIM/Revit experience, with strong expertise in Navisworks Manage.
Solid understanding of BIM standards and protocols, including ISO 19650, COBie, IFC, and LOD.
Hands-on experience with ACC, BIM 360, Aconex, or other CDE platforms.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, Power BI, and model validation tools.
Strong knowledge of model federation, clash detection, BIM QA/QC workflows, and data validation.
Experience preparing BIM submission deliverables and compliance documentation.
High attention to detail with strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, site-based environment.
