Job description
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Payroll Coordinator based in New Iberia, LA. You’ll Review, coordinate, and compile payroll data to maintain payroll records and information for transmittal to Automatic Data Processing (ADP), while assuring accuracy for processing by performing the following duties.

What you’ll do as Payroll Coordinator:
Process certified payrolls
Workers Compensation – make payments to the workers comp agencies and compliance with annual audits
Develop in depth understanding of Payroll Database to be able to create AdHoc reports on demand
Interprets company policies and government regulations in connection with payroll procedures
Transmit biweekly payroll to ADP
Balance biweekly payroll and prepare the payroll journal
You are:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent experience
FPC or CPP designation preferred
5+ years of corporate payroll experience
Strong PC skills, including high proficiency in MS Excel
ADP payroll software experience preferred, but not required
Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
Ability to communicate with various levels of staff and management
