Overview We are seeking a Global Employer Brand Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, and is eager to hustle. You’ll join our global team of eleven and lead an offshore team of four. We’re backed with the technology and executive support to pioneer within the recruitment marketing industry. How you'll make an impact Team Management: Provide guidance and performance management for the Employer Brand Specialist team Content Creation and Design: Use Canva to design visually appealing videos, including social media graphics, employee testimonials, and promotional materials, that align with Gallagher’s employer brand to support Executive recruitment Project Leadership of Employer Branding Campaigns: Plan and execute employer branding campaigns leveraging the CRM, social media, and traditional channels to attract diverse talent pools Social Media Employee Ambassador Management: Oversee the #LifeAtGallagher employer brand presence on our brand amplification tool, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging Employer Value Proposition (EVP): Support the refinement and communication of Gallagher’s EVP to ensure it resonates with target audiences About you 4-6 years’ experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing with at least 1-2 years’ experience managing small teams or projects Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline Proficiency in Canva or creating high-quality, visually appealing content. Basic knowledge of other design tools is a plus.
