Overview The Insights Specialist will be responsible for supporting the development of actionable insights aimed at producing improved results and impacts as well as monitoring and reporting on performance measurements, recommending strategies to optimize revenue growth drivers. How you'll make an impact Translate complex marketing data into actionable intelligence that drives decision-making Act as bridge between business stakeholders and marketing analytics team Identify and define business needs and requirements Evaluate current business processes for improvements Propose strategic recommendations based on data analysis Document process flow and socialize solutions Understand problems and leverage data to design or recommend effective business solutions Develop a deep understanding of how customer data is structured in our source systems Promote and socialize data integrity best practices for maintaining health data About you Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, finance, economics, or any other related fields (e.g. statistics, data science). 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related data analysis and insights role.
