Job description

Maintain cleanliness of assigned area. Operate tools and equipment as trained. Clean assigned area as instructed. Move furniture, rearrange, and relocate furniture and equipment.

  • Sweeps and removes all wrappers, broken glass, ashtrays, and debris from floor
  • Cleans and dusts slot machines, including areas between machines, doors, and woodwork
  • Removes scuffmarks and drink spills
  • Maintain the highest standards to ensure the detail quality and cleanliness in the casino, public areas, offices, restrooms, and other required areas
  • Operate various professional floor care and specialty cleaning equipment
  • Contains and cleans biohazardous materials
  • Follow safety procedures and us of PPE
  • Report to supervisor any maintenance issues in work areas and equipment.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested
  • Must be able to use ladders up to 10 feet
  • Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis
  • Minimum age requirement is 21.
  • Ability to interact with others in a friendly, positive, and courteous manner.
  • Able to tolerate chemicals, cleansers and solvents
  • Experience with professional cleaning equipment
  • Certification to operate scissor lift and high boom preferred
  • Knowledge of various floor surfaces and the processes
  • Operate High Dusting specialty equipment
  • Operate necessary equipment such as backpack vacuum, scissor lift, high boom, power washer, etc…
