This role sits at the core of Lucanet’s legal function, with a primary focus on corporate law across a multi-entity international structure. The key objective is to take ownership of corporate governance and corporate housekeeping across all entities—ensuring legal compliance, consistency, and operational efficiency.

Beyond corporate law, you will support selected strategic initiatives, including M&A activities (in collaboration with external law firms), as well as handling aspects of commercial legal work through day-to-day support.
