Job description
- Lead, coach, and develop Team Leads and sales teams across multiple locations of 30
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Monitor and improve sales KPIs, outbound activity, conversion, and pipeline discipline
- Translate international business strategies into clear local execution plans
- Identify operational bottlenecks quickly and implement pragmatic solutions
- Improve sales processes, workflows, forecasting, and reporting structures
- Use data and CRM insights to drive decision-making and performance
- Collaborate closely with local management and international stakeholders
- Support the growth and scalability of our Belgian B2B operations
- Proven experience leading larger outbound sales teams and Team Leads
- Strong track record in commercial growth and performance management
- Comfortable working in fast-changing, execution-driven environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Hands-on experience with KPI management, forecasting, and sales reporting
- Ability to balance strategy with operational execution
- Experience within automotive or strong affinity with the automotive sector is a strong plus
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English
- Clear communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
