  • Utilize APIs and scripting to implement advanced Jira configurations, automate workflows, and enhance system functionality to meet business needs.

  • Oversee the maintenance, administration, upgrades, and enhancements of JIRA, Confluence, and related tools while ensuring seamless integration with other platforms and plugins.

  • Manage and align Aha! with JIRA processes and standards in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring seamless functionality.

  • Act as the technical expert by providing guidance, training, and documentation to Product & Tech teams, ensuring they maximize the value of centralized tools.

  • Lead and execute Jira, Confluence & other tool migrations across environments, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business needs.

To excel as a Lead JIRA Administrator in our COO Tooling team, within the Product & Tech organization, possessing a positive attitude and a “can-do” mindset is crucial. We anticipate that you will think innovatively, challenging the status quo in your pursuit of continuous improvement. As a successful candidate, you should have the following:

  • A university degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications.

  • Material experience in JIRA administration, including Rovo, managing JIRA migrations and working in diverse global project environments.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.

  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, including mentoring junior team members and fostering knowledge-sharing within the team

  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organization, with an understanding of how to navigate diverse cultures and time zones.

  • Operationally focused, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on when necessary to drive complex issues towards resolution.

We embrace flexibility and hybrid work opportunities to support diverse needs and lifestyles, while also valuing inclusive workplace experiences. By fostering a sense of community, we drive innovation, strengthen connections, and nurture belonging. Our commitment ensures you can work in a way that suits you best, while also engaging with colleagues to share ideas and build meaningful relationships.
