Job description

The Workforce Coordinator ensures efficient utilization of labor resources through effective workforce planning, scheduling, and coordination. This role supports operational needs by aligning staffing levels with project requirements, improving service delivery, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

What would you be doing? 

  • Coordinate employee and client travel by managing flights, accommodations, and logistics through both client systems and external vendors.
  • Utilize internal booking platforms to plan and organize accommodation and travel requirements accurately.
  • Manage relationships with travel vendors (e.g., airlines, taxi services) and oversee the full lifecycle of all travel bookings.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with site leadership, operations, field staff, support teams, and clients to ensure seamless travel coordination and obtain required client approvals.
  • Arrange initial client on‑site training and ensure all travel and booking activities align with company and client policies.

  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to liaise effectively across all levels of the organization and with external clients.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and take full ownership of end‑to‑end travel and logistics processes with minimal oversight.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, capable of working with diverse teams and job functions while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
  • Technically proficient, with strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Qualified and experienced, holding at minimum a high school diploma (post‑secondary an asset) and 1–2 years in administrative or related roles, with oil and gas industry experience preferred.

This position has been identified as a safety-sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
