About The Job ABOUT THE ROLE - Te tūranga mahi Join us on an exciting journey with IWS and become an integral part of our operations as a Process Lead reporting directly to the Line Lead. As a Process Lead, you will be the technical expert on the line, responsible for eliminating process losses, standardising equipment and work practices, and coaching teams to operate at their best. You’ll work closely with the Shift Engineers, Operators, Quality, and Technical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, coaching others, and making a real operational impact. You will: Lead equipment improvement, standardisation, and loss elimination initiatives Analyse process data to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements Own centre-lining, line settings, recipes, and process standards Train and coach Operators and Engineers in equipment operation and process changes Support Dan-IWS principles, Daily Management Systems, and continuous improvement activities Participate in daily direction setting, planned stops, and change management activities Promote strong safety, quality, and food safety culture on the line Support quality systems including HACCP, iCare, ISO 22000, and incident investigations About You ABOUT YOU - Mō Koe You are an energetic and proactive professional with experience in production or manufacturing environments. You bring the ability to engage stakeholders, coach others, and actively drive continuous improvement. You enjoy building strong, collaborative relationships and working alongside others to achieve shared business outcomes.
