Responsibilities Own the full order flow —receive, store, pick, pack, and ship parts with speed and accuracy to keep customers moving Master advanced equipment by safely operating order pickers, reach trucks, stand-up dock trucks, and sit-down forklifts—including work at elevated heights Deliver precision and productivity in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail matters What to Expect Physically: Stay active throughout the shift—regularly lifting up to 50 lbs and performing tasks that include climbing, bending, kneeling, stooping, walking, and standing Work safely, every day —all roles require protective gear including safety shoes and approved eye protection Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status). Starting Pay: $21.50 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus (paid after 120 days of employment).
