Job description

The IT Project Manager is responsible for the planning, management, and successful implementation of IT projects within the company. This professional ensures that projects are successfully implemented in terms of time, budget, quality, and scope, and acts as the central interface between IT, specialist departments, and external partners.

Tasks and responsibilities 

  • Planning, managing, and executing IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Defining project goals, milestones, schedules, and resources
  • Coordinating interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers
  • Controlling budget, schedule, quality, and project scope
  • Identifying and managing risks and developing appropriate countermeasures
  • Regular reporting of project status to management and stakeholders
  • Ensuring clear communication between IT, specialist departments, and management
  • Supporting the further development of project management methods and standard

Requirements/qualifications

  • Several years of experience in IT project management
  • Good knowledge of common project management methods (e.g., agile, classic, or hybrid)
  • Experience in managing project teams and external service providers
  • Strong communication and moderation skills
  • Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work
  • Very good English skills
