One Identity is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to support our global Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in Human Resources or Recruiting. The Talent Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams by coordinating interviews, managing recruiting logistics, and supporting recruiting operations. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across multiple time zones Manage candidate communications, including interview confirmations and follow-ups Support recruiters with job postings, candidate tracking, and interview logistics Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Assist with background check coordination and onboarding logistics Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Help prepare recruiting reports and track hiring activity Partner with hiring managers and recruiting team members to ensure timely scheduling and communication Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives when needed Support other HR or Talent Acquisition projects as assigned 5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR administration, or customer service Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and scheduling tools Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus Preferred Skills Experience coordinating interviews or events Familiarity with HR or recruiting processes Experience working with global teams or across time zones What You’ll Gain Exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle Experience working with global hiring teams Opportunity to grow within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Company Description One Identity enables organizations of all sizes to better secure, manage, monitor, protect, and analyze information and infrastructure to help fuel innovation and drive their businesses forward.
