Job description
We’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to help execute and scale regional demand generation programs that directly impact pipeline and revenue.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing and sales, helping bring high-level strategy to life through on-the-ground programs — from executive events and field activations to partner campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.
You’ll work closely with sales, growth, and product marketing to create memorable, high-impact experiences that engage prospects and accelerate deals across key regional accounts.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Execute regional field marketing programs aligned to pipeline and revenue goals
- Support the planning and delivery of high-impact events, including executive dinners, roundtables, trade shows, and webinars
- Partner closely with sales teams to engage target accounts and support deal acceleration efforts
- Assist in developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value prospects
- Help launch integrated, multi-channel campaigns across field, digital, and partner channels
- Experiment with AI-driven tools and tactics to personalize outreach and improve campaign performance
- Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Support co-marketing initiatives with partners, customers, and industry communities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in field marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing in the Cybersecurity field
- Experience supporting pipeline generation through events and regional marketing programs
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with sales teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with high ownership and execution focus
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and enterprise sales cycles
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools in marketing workflows
