The Opportunity
As a Civil Engineer, you’ll contribute to the delivery of some of Victoria’s most complex and high-profile transport infrastructure projects.
You will play a key role within multidisciplinary project teams—supporting design development, contributing technical input, and helping to solve engineering challenges across road, rail, and major transport programs.
You’ll work alongside senior engineers and project leaders to develop practical, robust solutions while gaining exposure to complex project environments. You’ll support project delivery by contributing to design outputs and helping ensure quality, safety, budget, and timeline expectations are achieved.

Who You Are
You’re a motivated Civil Engineer with strong foundational technical skills and experience contributing to civil design on infrastructure projects. You enjoy working in collaborative environments, are eager to learn from experienced engineers, and are confident contributing practical engineering solutions.
You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing your own work while supporting broader team objectives.
You Bring:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- Experience in transport or civil infrastructure projects with consultants, contractors, or government agencies
- Experience contributing as a Civil Engineer on road, rail, or transport-related projects
- Competency in civil engineering design tools and methodologies
- Working knowledge of relevant Australian and state transport standards, codes, and guidelines
- Progress toward Chartered status (CPEng) or interest in achieving chartership
