Job description

We are a leading provider of integrated facility services, delivering comprehensive solutions that support the performance, safety, and long-term value of educational institutions. Our model combines deep operational expertise with scalable service delivery across multi-site portfolios.

Are you leading complex, enterprise‑level deals across multi‑site client environments?
Do you think in terms of portfolios, not individual contracts?
Looking to build and scale national partnerships that drive real operational and financial impact?

What's the role?

We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Director, Growth focused on driving growth across multi‑site, geographically dispersed facility services portfolios. You’ll work with enterprise clients across sectors like retail, logistics, healthcare, and commercial real estate—designing solutions that bring consistency, scalability, and performance to fragmented operations.

This is a senior leadership role that sits at the center of strategy, sales execution, and leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth while leading complex pursuits and developing a high‑performing business development team across multi‑site, geographically dispersed facility services portfolios. You’ll work with enterprise clients across sectors like retail, logistics, healthcare, and commercial real estate—designing solutions that bring consistency, scalability, and performance to fragmented operations.

Details

  • Own enterprise‑level sales for integrated, multi‑site facility services solutions across national and regional client portfolios.
  • Develop and execute growth strategies targeting clients with distributed footprints, focusing on standardization, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of large, complex, multi‑location opportunities.
  • Lead consultative solutioning, translating fragmented operational needs into scalable service models aligned to client KPIs and P&L outcomes.
  • Establish and grow relationships with senior stakeholders across real estate, procurement, facilities, and operations functions.
  • Structure and lead complex contract negotiations, including SLAs, KPIs, pricing models, and performance‑based agreements.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with operations, estimating, procurement, and service delivery teams to ensure solutions are executable at scale.
  • Lead and develop a team of business development professionals, driving performance, accountability, and capability in complex solution selling.
  • Ensure disciplined sales execution, including pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal governance.
  • Stay engaged through implementation and transition phases to ensure successful onboarding of large multi‑site contracts.

Success in this role requires the ability to translate fragmented client needs into scalable, standardized service delivery models that align operational execution with clear P&L outcomes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • You bring a strong combination of enterprise sales expertise, commercial leadership, and the ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • 10+ years of experience in complex B2B services environments, including senior leadership in growth or business development roles.
  • Direct experience selling facility services, real estate services, or outsourced operations to multi‑site clients.
  • A proven track record of closing large, multi‑location contracts (often $5M+ annually).
  • Deep experience in solution‑based selling, with the ability to move beyond transactional approaches.
  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, contract structuring, and margin management.
  • Experience working with hybrid delivery models, including self‑perform and vendor networks.
  • A leadership style focused on coaching, performance management, and building high‑performing teams.
  • The ability to translate operational complexity into clear, scalable service models.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working across sales, operations, and delivery functions.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Flexibility to travel based on client and portfolio needs.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Be part of an industry that's more important than ever!
  • Award winning safety culture.
  • Be part of a growing organization with a strong focus on innovation and operational excellence.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package including 401k, medical, dental, vision, paid time off.
  • Fully Remote work model.
  • Supportive team environment with room to grow together.
  • Certified as a Great Place to Work 2025-2026!
