Family Services Specialist IV

The Warren County Department of Social Services is looking to hire a Senior Permanency Specialist to work with children in foster care and their families to focus on achieving long-term, stable living situations for children, ensuring their well-being and permanency planning. We believe children do best when raised in families and that all children deserve to be safe as well as a permanent family. The successful candidate will manage complex, high-risk, and serious cases for children in foster care, working to secure safe, stable, and long-term placements. The candidate will also conduct in-depth assessments, facilitate reunification, adoption, or guardianship, and mentor junior staff while ensuring compliance with state and federal child welfare laws.
