C/C++ Embedded SW Specialist

The role:

• You will assume the role of a developer, working within telecom industry with state of the art 5G and 6G development.
• With a sharp focus on modern practices and integration tools, we are looking for a candidate who stands out through their technical expertise.

Must have:

• Minimum 6 years SW programming working experience, most of this time in an embedded environment working close to HW, for example with boot, bios, drivers, memory handling, kernal, device configuration etc.
• Experience working with modern C++ (C++11 or later) as well as C programming.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English both orally and in writing.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

You likely also have experience in several of these fields:

• Linux yocto/kernal knowledge. Preferably including building new kernels.
• Experience of shell scripting, bash, make file creation.
• Proficiency with continuous integration tools, such as GIT, Gerrit and Jenkins.
• Competency in additional software languages, such as Python and C#
• Prior experience in embedded systems development in telecom industry.
• Competences within Dockers, Kubernetes, Netconf, microservices.
• Be able to conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and efficiency.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems and contribute innovative solutions.
