Senior Software Engineer - FullStack

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Python development, particularly with Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), and PostgreSQL. As part of our engineering team, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance systems for our SaaS products.

Must-Have:

• Having 6+ years of hands-on development experience across backend, APIs and architecture (preferably with complex B2B SaaS platforms).
• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable applications.
• Strong knowledge of Python frameworks such as Django, DRF.
• Proficiency in database systems (SQL and NoSQL).
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Deep understanding of system design, distributed multi tenant systems, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our development processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working with distributed teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional distributed teams, product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Exposure to front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React).
• Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance optimization at scale.

Nice to Have:

• Contributions to open-source projects or developer communities.
