Job Summary**
Diptyque Distribution LLC. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our Los Angeles retail team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance.
Job Responsibilities**
- Supervise and support a team of sales associates, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Monitor daily sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met, fostering a welcoming and luxurious shopping environment.
- Manage store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, visual standards, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate sales objectives, product knowledge, and company updates.
- Identify opportunities for team development and growth, implementing training initiatives.
- Collaborate with the store manager to implement sales promotions and marketing initiatives.
Job Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or lead sales role within a luxury retail environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and motivating a team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a strong asset.
