The LSR Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting National Account partners through effective sample management, drop ship operations, product data accuracy, and B2B platform maintenance. This role ensures seamless coordination between internal teams and external retail partners while maintaining high standards of organization, accuracy, and responsiveness.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage key National Accounts including Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Von Maur, Westport Big and Tall, Bloomingdale’s, Mr. Porter, Dillard’s, Zappos, Patrick James, and future accounts
- Oversee sample management, including tracking deliveries, organizing inventory, and fulfilling requests for photo shoots and marketing initiatives
- Process and manage daily drop ship orders, inventory adjustments, and product fulfillment needs
- Respond to product attribute requests within 24 hours, including fabrication, care instructions, and country of origin details
- Maintain and update B2B platforms (e.g., NuOrder), including product data, pricing, imagery, and style information
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce accurate seasonal look books, ensuring proper product presentation and distribution to accounts
- Support cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between product, marketing, and account teams

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Business, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in operations, retail, logistics, or account support preferred
- Proven ability to manage data, systems, and operational workflows accurately and efficiently
