Job description
As a Marketing Lead, you will drive integrated marketing and digital initiatives across a variety of client engagements, partnering closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to deliver audience-focused campaigns and customer experiences aligned to business objectives.
This role sits at the intersection of client service, campaign strategy, and cross-functional delivery, requiring collaboration across strategy, creative, media, analytics, production, and marketing technology teams. You will help guide initiatives from planning through execution and performance reporting while maintaining alignment across stakeholders, priorities, campaign objectives, and digital experience delivery.
The ideal candidate brings a strong agency or consultancy background, excels in fast-paced client environments, and is comfortable balancing strategic thinking with executional oversight across both marketing and digital platform workstreams.
Here is what you need:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or advertising working at an advertising and/or marketing agency
- Experience with retail/eCommerce marketing
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
- Strong understanding of campaign strategy, customer insights, marketing analytics, and performance optimization
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, media, analytics, UX/UI, production, and marketing technology teams
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, campaign management tools, customer experience technologies, or Adobe marketing solutions
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and competing priorities across complex engagements
- Experience developing strategic presentations, campaign materials, reporting summaries, and client-facing deliverables
- Ability to translate client objectives, audience insights, and campaign performance into actionable recommendations

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
