Job description
- 5+ years of experience in 5-star hotels across the GCC, with strong exposure to luxury property engineering standards.
- Education: Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- English proficiency for effective communication with guests, teams, and contractors.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, generators, BMS, and life-safety systems.
- Experience with BMS operation and control (BAS/automation systems).
- Leadership skills managing the engineering team and shift activities.
- Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting with a strong root-cause approach.
- Valid certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, firefighting, steam/boiler, generator, BMS) relevant to hotel engineering.
- Budgeting and asset planning experience with CAPEX/OPEX exposure.
