We want to hear from people who are passionate about skincare and beauty services and love working within a luxury environment. Our ideal candidates will know how to demonstrate exceptional customer service, build a regular clientele whilst attracting new customers to L’Occitane.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Sharing your passion for beauty with our clients and inspire them with product knowledge and recommendations.
- Achievement of sales targets and business KPIs across all categories in line with company benchmarks.
- Upholding the exceptional in-store experience and store presentation that L’Occitane is regarded for worldwide.
- Being the exceptional team player who can assist customers throughout the wider Cosmetic Department.
- Ensuring visual merchandising standards across the counter adhere to company guidelines.
Successful candidate:
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Proven experience within the luxury cosmetics retail industry.
- Strong sales skills and demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed all company KPIs and benchmarks.
- Excellent people skills, including the ability to deliver exceptional customer service across a wide customer demographic.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with L’Occitane and the Ballantynes guidelines.
- Initiative with the ability to motivate and adapt to changing business requirements.
This part-time position is working 17.5 hours per week.
