Workplace Design Strategists - Expression of Interest

As workplaces continue to evolve, we’re interested in connecting with experienced professionals working across workplace strategy, design strategy, and spatial consulting. We’re open to conversations with natural collaborators who bring curiosity, insight, and a strong understanding of people, culture, and place.

About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity to help shape projects by connecting workplace strategy, design, and organisational change through teamwork.

You may currently work within:

• A workplace strategy or change consultancy
• Interior design or architecture
• A multidisciplinary design practice

You will contribute to projects that explore how people experience space and how environments can better support culture, collaboration, and wellbeing. Depending on your experience, you may:

• Support or lead workplace and design strategy projects.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Develop workplace insights and briefing strategies.
• Partner with our design teams throughout project delivery.
• Translate research and data into clear outcomes for creative teams.

About You
We’re interested in people who bring a mix of strategic thinking, creativity, and empathy. You have:

• 5 + years of experience in workplace/design strategy or a related design field.
• A collaborative mindset and a talent for building relationships.
• Experience working alongside architecture and interior design teams.
• Strong research, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to connect people and culture to spatial outcomes.
