The Coordinator is responsible for the effective delivery of Workplace Support Programs by managing intake, assessment, and allocation of services. The role involves coordinating urgent and sensitive requests, liaising with internal stakeholders and external service providers, and ensuring timely, high-quality responses that meet contractual obligations. The Coordinator demonstrates strong communication, sound judgment, and empathy while managing competing priorities and supporting individuals and organisations during critical and high‑pressure situations.Clinic Operations Coordinator

About the role:
The Clinic Operations Coordinator - WSP is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end sourcing and delivery of Workplace Support Programs, ensuring that the programs are delivered in an effective, courteous, and timely manner. This position serves as key administrative support for TELUS Health's Workplace Support Programs operations across the Asia-Pacific region, facilitating seamless service delivery for customers throughout Australia and Asia Pacific. As part of TELUS Health's mission to improve health outcomes and build a healthier future, this role contributes to the delivery of mental health and related services that have a critical impact on the health, wellbeing, and welfare of employees and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate workplace support services including Wellbeing Checks, Supervision, Embedded Wellbeing Services, Learning seminars onsite, and more for customers throughout Australia and Asia Pacific
- Assist with invoicing, data management, and reporting related to Workplace Support Programs
- Provide assistance to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain and respond to email queries directed to shared inboxes
- Complete allocated Workplace Support Programs requests and projects assigned by the team manager accurately and within the required timeframes
- Ensure 100% compliance with QA policy and procedure
Skills & Experience Required:
- Customer service experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer/keyboard skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook/email
- Demonstrates the ability to be understanding and empathetic towards customer issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and resilient within a shift work environment
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Highly developed organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to pass background checks and security clearances as required by TELUS Health
