Senior AI Engineer – Supply Chain (Agent focus)

• Partner with logistics leaders, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define high-impact AI/agent use cases and translate them into scalable architectures
• Architect and deploy multi-agent systems using frameworks like CrewAI, AutoGen, and LangGraph for complex reasoning and orchestration
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines (retrieval, ranking, context strategies)
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise systems (SAP, internal tools, REST APIs) using MCP and tool-calling
• Develop agent workflows across platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, n8n, Azure AI)
• Implement evaluation frameworks (prompt quality, hallucination detection, token efficiency)
• Own deployment of AI systems (APIs, services, orchestration, monitoring)
• Continuously improve prompting strategies (ReAct, tool use, structured outputs)
• Mentor junior engineers and drive technical decision-making and standards

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering (with production systems)
• Strong Python; familiarity with TypeScript/Javascript is a plus
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, OSS)
• Deep hands-on experience with agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph)
• Solid understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, retrieval optimization
• Experience integrating APIs, MCP, and enterprise tools (ERP/SAP)
• Experience deploying production AI systems (cloud, APIs, CI/CD, monitoring)
• Familiarity with agent platforms (n8n, Copilot Studio, Azure AI)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and supply chain/logistics workflows is a strong plus
