YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to own our end-to-end recruiting and help build a team of top performers. You’ll shape the future of legal tech by bringing in exceptional, innovation-driven talent.

• Managing the entire recruiting lifecycle, from defining hiring needs to crafting strategies and writing compelling job descriptions.
• Sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent, with a strong focus on technical and product roles.
• Optimizing our recruitment pipeline to ensure an efficient and positive candidate experience.
• Developing and executing employer branding initiatives to showcase what makes Lexroom.ai http://Lexroom.ai a great place to work.
• Collaborating with our leadership and hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic insights.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2-5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting, with direct experience in hiring for Sales roles like Account Executive, SDR, Sales Manager.
• Strong sourcing skills, particularly with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Italian is a plus!
• Experience with employer branding and building a strong company culture.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting metrics. Experience with Ashby is a plus.
• A commitment to accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
