Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support daily HR operations and administrative activities for the Singapore site
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, probation confirmation, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Prepare employment letters, HR forms, and other employee-related documentation
  • Support payroll processing, leave administration, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
  • Coordinate with employees, managers, vendors, and external parties on HR-related matters
  • Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding arrangements
  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal communication
  • Prepare HR reports, employee data, and audit-related documentation as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations
  • Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, training, and HR projects
  • Work closely with HR Manager and Recruiter to support overall HR operations in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR coordination
  • Familiar with employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
  • Experience supporting payroll and attendance administration is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organizational and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, hands-on, and willing to support operational needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Experience with HR systems such as Workday is an advantage
