Responsibilities
- Support daily HR operations and administrative activities for the Singapore site
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR systems
- Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, probation confirmation, and employee lifecycle processes
- Prepare employment letters, HR forms, and other employee-related documentation
- Support payroll processing, leave administration, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
- Coordinate with employees, managers, vendors, and external parties on HR-related matters
- Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding arrangements
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and internal communication
- Prepare HR reports, employee data, and audit-related documentation as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations
- Provide administrative support for employee engagement activities, training, and HR projects
- Work closely with HR Manager and Recruiter to support overall HR operations in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Experience in HR operations, HR administration, or HR coordination
- Familiar with employee lifecycle processes and HR documentation
- Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
- Experience supporting payroll and attendance administration is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, hands-on, and willing to support operational needs
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday is an advantage
