Job Description

• Fluent in English and Chinese communication
• Candidates who can read and write Chinese are preferred
• Diploma degree or above, major in human resources management or other related majors are preferred
• Candidates with human resources experience is preferred
• Have good communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit and stress resistance
• Proficient in using office software

Requirement

• Responsible for recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits and other related work;
• Develop and implement human resource planning according to the company's strategic development needs;
• Establish and improve human resource management systems and processes, and supervise implementation;
• Responsible for employee recruitment, interviews, employment, entry, resignation and other procedures;
• Organize and carry out employee training to improve employees' professional skills and comprehensive quality;
