In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to deliver tailored insurance solutions, effective risk management strategies, and wellbeing initiatives. How you'll make an impact You’ll be the go-to person for Full Benefits Consulting (FBC) clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service. You’ll lead strategic planning, annual reviews, and renewals, while staying ahead of industry trends to present innovative solutions. Collaborating with the data analytics team, you’ll provide insights that drive results. You’ll also help clients navigate compliance, support open enrollment meetings, and implement benefit administration systems. Your work will directly contribute to reducing risks and enhancing organizational wellbeing. In coordination with the Benefits Consultant, provide face to face and virtual customer service to our FBC client Provide customer service to all lines of business for FBC groups Perform annual Best Practices calls for life and LTD Assist Inside Service Rep (ISR) on escalated member claim issues Field policy related questions from group/employees. If needed, follow up with carrier/Consultant/Zywave/AP compliance to answer Renewal Group Set-Up – Assist FBC ISR as needed to obtain plan documents, rate info and other items needed to set up group in system Lead strategic planning, annual review, and renewal process Be in tune with the benefits marketplace and identify real solutions versus fly-by-night ideas and vendors Proactively present these ideas and solutions to the client, implement and track results/ROI on an ongoing basis Work with data analytics team to provide data-driven analysis, Springbuk reporting About You A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in group insurance At least five years of experience in customer service, insurance, or HR, with three years focused on group medical insurance plans A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel 30 - 50% of the time, including overnight stays Strong organizational skills and the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms Proficiency in software applications like word processing, spreadsheets, and database management A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment A commitment to teamwork and a passion for helping clients succeed #LI-LB3 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
