Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation is looking for nurses interested in joining our Business Office Manager in Training program. This is a unique and intensive on-the-job training program.

Location: Copperfield Healthcare and Rehabilitation Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Overview: 

• This is a multi-month program in which you obtain practical on-the-job training in a facility under the direct supervision of an experienced Business Office Manager mentor.
• At the end of the program the BOM will have gained knowledge, confidence, and relationships to support their clinical leadership journey.
