Lead Attendant

• Will oversee cashier duties in the absence of a cashier.
• Will assist as needed on the food line for food preparation.
• Maintain daily employee workstation and break schedules.
• Ensure prompt and courteous service to customers and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor employee compliance with established service standards.
• Ensure supplies are adequate and FOH/BHO are clean and orderly.
• Greet and communicate with guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Oversee the service operation of restaurant during assigned shift.
• Ensure all employees are on time, in proper uniform and following correct service procedures by correcting deficiencies or discrepancies as they occur.
• Coordinate cleaning and repairs of equipment.
• Perform related administrative and reporting duties.
• Ability to void transactions and issues comps in accordance with the comp matrix. Ensures compliance with regulatory controls of the PGCB.
• Other duties as requested.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Hight school diploma or equivalent with one year of related experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of shift.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
