MA3 Building Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: Building Engineer 2 responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing, or arranging for repairs of all building operating systems on the site under supervision and coordination with Chief Engineer. Must have reliable transportation and be available for after-hour emergency calls. **This position is an hourly union position part of the Chapter 3 National Conference of Firemen and Oilers, 32BJ, Service Employees International Union.** **Schedule is based on a 40-hour per week daytime 8-hour shift, Monday thru Friday. OT is available on an as-needed basis.** **Starting hourly rate @ $42.76/hr with 4% annual wage rate increases.
