Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing our company with a warm and welcoming demeanor. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and clients as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meeting rooms efficiently.
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization to create a positive impression.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
