The Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing our company with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meeting rooms efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization to create a positive impression.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations, media relations, or a similar role.
