Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze Human Capital Management data, enhance dashboards and analytics to support business and HR decision-making.

  • Provide advisory support on employee data governance, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Support budget planning, forecasting, and monitor actual spend.

  • Develop, review, and implement Compensation, Benefits, and Recognition guidelines, providing analysis and recommendations to ensure cost efficiency, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and employment standards.

  • Provide technical advice on compensation, benefits, and performance matters to stakeholders.

  • Manage performance and pay review processes, as well as remuneration and benefits surveys.

  • Review and validate incentive and recognition payments in line with the approved incentive and recognition programs.

  • Advise stakeholders on Mobility guidelines in alignment with Group policies and suggest for local adoption where appropriate.

  • Represent Country HR in Group forums related to system enhancement and related initiatives.

  • Coordinate HR projects including digitalization initiatives and policies/ process improvements.

  • Support other initiatives as assigned by Line Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in in Compensation & Benefits, preferably within banking or financial services industry.

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with good time management, organizational, and project coordination skills.

  • Good knowledge of the Vietnam Labor Code and strong business acumen.

  • Experience with Workday system is preferred.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions.

  • Strong learning mindset, self-motivation, and adaptability.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI are a plus.
