POSITION SPECIFICS
Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics is seeking a qualified candidate for Men’s Basketball Video Operations Coordinator. Job duties include but not limited to:
- Oversee all program video and technology operations
- Responsible for capturing, coding, and distributing all game and practice video
- Oversee in-game video needs, including live coding, bench tablets, and challenges/replay support
- Assist head coach and assistant coaches with material for scouting assignments
- Develop and organize video playbooks
- Assist with recruiting operations by organizing prospect film, creating graphics & highlight videos, and designing official/unofficial visit presentations
- Maintain and troubleshoot all program technology and equipment, including cameras, computers, storage systems, and software
- Supervise and train student managers involved in filming and coding games and practices
- Other duties as assigned by the head coach and assistant coaches
MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
If filled as Athletic Operations Specialist - Advanced Professional, this position requires:
Bachelor's Degree
3+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
Required Certifications:
None

If filled as Athletic Operations Specialist - Intermediate Professional, this position requires:
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

None
BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES
This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $51,000.00 - $81,500.00.
