About the role
Senior Human Resources Managers lead all aspects of the Human Resources function for their designated sites, regions, or functions. They act as the HR leader on local or regional leadership teams, driving HR strategies and key initiatives that support annual goals and long-term strategic plans. By utilizing deep insights into business, commercial, and operational objectives, they drive people and organization strategies to accelerate overall business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive HR strategies and key initiatives in support of annual goals and long-term strategic plans as a member of leadership teams.
- Direct people and organization strategies based on insights into the business, commercial plans, and operational objectives to accelerate results.
- Determine HR priorities, strategies, and initiatives to strengthen talent, build capability, enhance culture, and improve organizational structures.
- Provide regular coaching to managers to accelerate recruiting, performance management, succession planning, compensation, and employee survey initiatives.
- Lead a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, prioritization, and coaching for them in meeting their individual and team-wide objectives.
- Proven expertise in workforce planning, talent and pipeline management, and building employee growth and capability.
- Demonstrated capability in organizational development and organizational design diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and critical thinking skills for data interpretation and compensation management.
- Ability to lead change and provide strategic leadership while maintaining a business-focused, outside-in perspective.
- Proficiency in business plan alignment and the ability to mobilize teams to achieve strategic objectives.
