Job description

ABOUT

NewForm is a performance marketing agency that oversees ~$100M/year in ad spend for some of the fastest-growing tech and mobile brands, including Betr, ElevenLabs, and Binance. We help category disruptors scale paid social through a short-form, content-led approach.

Our in-house content team produces thousands of human-centered ads every month, all designed to drive measurable growth and performance for our clients.

THE ROLE

As a Creative Producer Intern at NewForm, you’ll support the production team in bringing creative concepts to life — from pre-production planning to on-set execution. While Creative Strategists develop the ideas and scripts, you’ll help ensure shoots run smoothly, content gets captured efficiently, talent feels welcomed, and every production stays organized and on track.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone excited about content creation, production, and social-first storytelling. You’ll gain direct experience working on paid social campaigns, creator shoots, podcast-style productions, and fast-paced creative operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with coordinating shoot logistics, scheduling, locations, and production prep
  • Support on-set production for UGC, podcast, lifestyle, and social content shoots
  • Help set up and organize camera, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Work alongside Creative Strategists and our Creative Producer to execute creative briefs
  • Assist with creator and talent management during shoots
  • Help source props, wardrobe, and production materials as needed
  • Ensure footage, assets, and files are properly organized post-shoot
  • Support production operations, equipment organization, and studio upkeep
  • Help maintain smooth communication across creators, editors, and production team members
  • Be proactive in solving on-set challenges and supporting the team wherever needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong interest in content production, filmmaking, social media, or creative marketing
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn on set
  • Familiarity with cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and/or editing tools
  • Interest in short-form content, creators, and paid social marketing
  • Previous internship, freelance, student film, or creator experience is a plus but not required

BENEFITS

  • Paid internship
  • Hands-on experience working with a high-performing creative and marketing team
  • Exposure to fast-growing consumer and tech brands
  • Mentorship from experienced Creative Strategists and Creative Producer
  • Collaborative in-office environment in NYC
  • Potential for full-time opportunities based on performance
