Job description
As an AI Implementation Consultant at Donna, you’ll work directly with prospects and customers to deeply understand their sales processes, CRM setup, and team dynamics. You’ll play a key role across both pre-and post-sales conversations—translating real-world workflows into a tailored Donna configuration that supports their goals, scales with their business, and fits seamlessly into their existing tech stack. This is a hybrid role combining technical implementation with customer collaboration. You’ll design conversation flows, write effective AI prompts, and use JSON, SQL, and CRM knowledge to configure Donna’s behavior. At the same time, you’ll work closely with customers to understand their processes and translate them into scalable, reliable configurations. You’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to bridge the gap between real-world needs and product capabilities—making this a great role for someone who’s both technically sharp and deeply customer-focused. What you’ll be doing Scaling Donna’s Impact: Help define and document scalable configuration, best practices, and repeatable solutions that support Donna’s rapid growth and ensure consistent excellence across our customer base. Understanding Customer Workflows: Work directly with prospects and customers to deeply understand their sales processes and existing CRM setup. Gather insights into how they operate, what their goals are, and where Donna can best support them. Translating Workflows into Donna's Configuration: Collaborate with the engineering team to translate customer workflows into Donna’s configuration. Use JSON-based schemas and prompting logic to build scalable, goal-aligned automation. Demonstrating Donna’s Value: Use your technical and product knowledge to tailor demonstrations, build proof of concepts, and lead customers through how Donna integrates with their existing tools to unlock efficiency and insight. Collaborating Across Teams: Partner closely with our Sales team during the pre-sales phase to craft compelling solutions. Post-sale, work with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction. International Clients: Work for international clients, with an opportunity to relocate to US (NYC).
