The Opportunity: As a Client Advisor, you are the key to a seamless car-buying experience. You will guide each client through their journey, from their first inquiry to a successful purchase or lease, and will be responsible for building relationships that drive referrals and client retention. This role is for a highly motivated inside sales professional with impeccable communication skills who is ready to own a dynamic process from start to finish. What you will do: Own the client journey: Qualify and develop warm leads, manage each opportunity, and deliver a best-in-class experience. Drive growth: Proactively identify opportunities for self-generation of leads. Achieve excellence: Maintain high client satisfaction while being mindful of profitability. Build relationships: Nurture relationships with new car dealers, trade-in partners, and vendors. Stay organized: Utilize Salesforce to manage your progress with each lead and client. Collaborate: Work cross-functionally to provide other departments with accurate, timely information.
