The Role As an Talent Strategy Intern at Consultport, you will gain a very broad experience on HR topics, Talent Strategy, and how to build a high-performance team. You'll learn how to attract, retain, and develop top talent, develop employer branding campaigns, and how to develop a high-performance culture. Your Mission Talent Strategy : Identify, attract, and engage with top talent to join the Consultport team using channels, such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and community events, ensuring a positive end-to-end candidate experience. End-to-End Recruiting : Manage an entire recruitment process, from writing job descriptions, and conducting interviews, to making an offer. Employer Branding : Grow Consultport's employer brand by driving new initiatives, building an employer brand, strengthening relationships with our partners (recruiting sites, universities, etc), and serving as a company ambassador at events. High-Performance Work Culture: co-develop initiatives, guidelines, and best practices on how we can constantly improve a work environment that gets out the best of people, working in a hybrid work set-up.
