Our solution, GRADIENT Perceptive AI , is a no-code, plug-and-play optimization tool that helps data centers operate more efficiently, sustainably, and cost-effectively. Already in use across the globe, GRADIENT has saved thousands of GWh in energy. And we’re just getting started! As we scale up, we’re looking for a collaborative part-time (16-24hrs/week) Working Student - Software Development to help expand GRADIENT’s reach and drive impactful change in how the world powers digital life. 🚀 Your impact zone As a working student within the Software Development Team, you will: Develop, test, and maintain user interfaces and backend systems, contributing directly to features used in production. Build and optimize web applications using modern frameworks and tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions. Gain hands-on experience with full-stack development, version control, and software best practices. See your work directly contribute to reducing CO₂ emissions on a global scale.
