Your main responsibilities The candidate will be part of the HR Department, supporting the Training Responsible. In particular, she/he will: Support the organization and coordination of internal and external training courses; Manage training calendars, invitations, attendance tracking, and training-related documentation; Support the communication of training initiatives to employees; Collect and monitor participant feedback and training reports; Manage the entry and updating of training activities in the Zucchetti HRIS system; Contribute to optimizing document management and digital archiving within the Zucchetti HRIS system; Assist in preparing reports and data extractions for the analysis of training activities; Collaborate with the HR team on Learning & Development projects and initiatives.
