Job Description
What's it all about? Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments.
Within VCA exists VCA Implementation Services (VIS), a hands-on execution partner, implementing, operating, and optimizing Visa products in client environments to accelerate activation, portfolio growth, risk control, and data-driven performance. We are looking for a VIS Consulting Manager to join the VIS Team in Istanbul.
As the VIS Consulting Manager, you will support the delivery of both internal initiatives and client-facing engagements within Visa Consulting & Analytics by contributing to project coordination and execution activities. You will work closely with Visa teams and bank stakeholders to support the definition of project scope, governance processes, and implementation roadmaps. You will contribute to customer, market, and profitability analyses related to cards and payments products, while supporting the preparation of project deliverables and executive-level presentation materials. Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, you will help ensure effective project execution and support the successful delivery of projects in line with defined objectives.
The key deliverables / responsibilities for the role include:
Delivery Leadership (Internal & Client Facing)
· Supporting consulting projects focused on the development of cards and payments products for Visa clients
· Working closely with bank stakeholders to define project scope, product value proposition, and implementation roadmap
· Conducting customer, market, and profitability analyses related to cards and payments products and contributing to product design activities
· Coordinating cross-functional teams across Visa and client organizations to support project delivery and implementation processes
· Contributing to the preparation of project deliverables, analyses, and executive presentation materials
Stakeholder & Cross Functional Engagement
· Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across Visa and client organisations, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration.
· Coordinate cross functional teams to enable smooth execution, remove blockers, and maintain delivery momentum.
· Understand client objectives and needs, ensuring deliverables are aligned to meaningful business outcomes.
Professional Execution & Standards
· Deliver consistently high-quality work, managing competing priorities effectively and maintaining exceptional standards in fast paced, changing environments.
· Model delivery excellence and continuous improvement behaviours, setting the tone for professionalism and accountability across programmes.
Qualifications
What we'd like from you -
· Proven experience delivering end-to-end change or transformation projects in a consulting environment.
· Strong project management skills, with practical experience in Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid methodologies, and in managing multiple workstreams concurrently.
· Demonstrated ability to design and operate governance structures, produce high-quality delivery artefacts, and confidently lead SteerCo and decision-making forums.
· Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think strategically, remove barriers, and provide actionable solutions.
· Exceptional communication skills — articulate, audience-aware, and able to simplify complex information.
· Comfortable navigating ambiguity, reprioritising quickly, and maintaining high standards in fast-moving environments.
· Commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and professional development.
