Job Description
Team Background
The U.S. Fintech Team is responsible for managing and growing Visa’s relationships with a broad range of fintech clients across North America. The team partners with leading and emerging players across neobanks, brokerages, remittance providers, B2B and commercial fintechs, digital wallets, embedded finance platforms, BNPL providers, and crypto and digital asset companies. Our mandate is to help these clients scale by leveraging Visa’s network, products, and ecosystem while supporting innovation across payments and financial services.
Within this organization, the U.S. Crypto Team focuses specifically on expanding Visa’s partnerships across the U.S. crypto and digital asset ecosystem. The team works with crypto‑native companies, fintechs, wallets, exchanges, and infrastructure providers to scale stablecoin‑ and digital‑asset‑driven use cases, support commercialization, and drive adoption of Visa’s solutions. This includes Visa capabilities across card issuance, payments, wallets, on‑ and off‑ramps, stablecoin settlement, and emerging crypto‑enabled financial products.
Job Description:

Unlike a traditional sales role, this position emphasizes platform strategy, partnership design, and long‑term ecosystem development, while working in close coordination with business development and account teams on
commercialization and execution.
As an early member of the U.S. Crypto Team, you will help define Visa’s go‑to‑market partnerships, operating models, and strategic initiatives, while serving as a connective layer between the market and Visa’s product, strategy, risk, legal, and finance organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic partnerships and initiatives across the U.S. crypto ecosystem, working closely with Business Development, Product, Strategy, Legal, Risk, and Finance teams
- Identify, structure, and execute ecosystem partnerships with crypto‑native companies, fintechs, wallets, exchanges, and infrastructure providers that align with Visa’s long‑term crypto strategy
- Design scalable partnership models across card issuance, payments, wallets, on‑ and off‑ramps, stablecoin settlement, and emerging crypto‑enabled financial services
- Drive cross‑functional execution of priority initiatives, ensuring alignment from concept through launch and scale
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to internal stakeholders by translating market signals, client needs, and ecosystem trends into actionable initiatives
- Develop partnership frameworks, playbooks, and operating models that can be reused across clients and segments
- Provide market insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform product roadmap, go‑to‑market strategy, and investment priorities
- Manage senior‑level relationships with key crypto and fintech partners operating at the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
