As part of Brainsquare, a technology consulting company specializing in Application Development, Integration, and Atlassian Collaboration Tools, Montova combines strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, solution-driven approach to build robust integration solutions that support real business processes. Your role As a Product Lead , you take ownership of the Montova platform from a product, delivery and team perspective. You are not expected to be hands-on in development. Instead, you act as the connecting force between product, engineering and infrastructure, ensuring that teams are aligned, priorities are clear and delivery runs smoothly. You combine a strong software engineering background with product ownership and project leadership , and you play a key role in shaping how the platform evolves. You will: Own and structure the product roadmap and priorities in close collaboration with stakeholders; Take the lead in cross-team initiatives and projects (e.g. infrastructure migrations, platform improvements); Align product, infrastructure and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery; Act as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders; Support teams in making the right technical and functional decisions; Bring structure in complex environments and ensure clarity in scope, planning and validation; Coach and guide engineers, helping them grow and perform at their best; Ensure quality, scalability and reliability remain central in all initiatives.
