Solutions Architect

The Solution Architect is a key technical role within NCC Group’s Sales Engineering & Field Strategy team, responsible for designing and delivering robust, scalable cybersecurity solutions across professional and managed services. This role partners closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into secure, commercially viable solutions aligned with NCC Group’s capabilities.

Solution Architects lead solution design for medium-to-large opportunities, ensuring technical integrity and alignment with client requirements. They act as trusted advisors during client engagements, supporting pre-sales activities and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality proposals and architectures. While not a formal people manager, the role contributes to knowledge sharing and supports the development of Solution Architects and Technical Solutions Engineers through informal mentoring and guidance.

This position requires strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and contribute to NCC Group’s growth and reputation for technical excellence.
