About the role The Dispute Management team monitors and analyses all chargebacks received, responds to and declines chargebacks following merchant notification, and communicates with merchants to obtain all necessary information. The team also monitors chargeback flow on scheme platforms to ensure timely resolution and compliance. We are looking for an entry level Chargeback Analyst to join this team. In this role, you will perform daily chargeback analysis, communicate with merchants regarding specific documentation needed, analyse scheme platforms, and monitor chargeback activity to ensure accurate and timely resolution.
